A Trip to Ipoh

On 25th July 2009, myself, hubby and Baby Falisha were invited to attend an engagement ceremony of my family angkat in Ipoh. When we arrived there, I met another baby Falisha. She's one month younger than my daughter but a lot bigger than her and her name is obviously longer (Nur Falisha Dania). What a small world. We spend quality time with Kak Leen and Abg Haza and I enjoyed watching them play with Falisha. I honestly hope and pray that they will eventually have their long awaited baby. Insyaallah

FAMILY OUTING

It has now become a scheduled family outing for my little family and my sis' to go to KBLM every Saturday for a swim. My little princess, being such a wonderful water baby enjoyed her so called swimming lesson given by her father and cousins. I'm glad that I could at least share these moments with my beloved nieces and nephew. Watching them having a blast in the pool is a wonderful feeling for me...

MELT-A-HEART

It has been quite some time since I last wrote in my blog. Well, I was planning to write on a conference which I attended last month. Me and three of my friends were persuaded to attend the MELTA Conference in JB. We had no problem attending a conference except that our lecturer made us go there as presenters instead of participants. Well, we were glad he made us do it as it was indeed the most memorable experience for all of us. We met Maryam from Iran, Kak Aisyah (a doctorate student in UK). These are some of our new friends. Well, we look forward to attend more events like it. Thanks, Dr. Kab.

Teddy Bear Project

Got an email from Kay Tu in Taiwan. It seems that I've been partnered with her for my next Teddy Project. So excited to begin as soon as school reopens. Hope it will be a successful partnership.

Trip to Zoo Taiping

It was a hot Sunday afternoon when we took Falisha for her first trip to the zoo. Though she's too tiny to identify the animals and what not I think it's a good thing to expose her to educational trips. We had to find for super big animals so that she would be able to see the animals. Her fascination was with the reindeer and of coz the elephant. At the end of the day, all three of us were extremely tired. Baby Lisha dozed off all the way home.

1st Entry

Friday 15th May

I was so overjoyed when my sis called to break the news that my favourite niece has been offered to do her internship in Le Cruesot, France. I am happy but at the same time worried about her safety. Can't believe that she is 20 years old now. Can't help feeling overprotective of her as we are very close. I can still recall changing her diapers when she was still a tiny little baby. Used to call her 'Semut Productivity' cause she's sooooo small and bald. She'll be leaving in June and the whole family is very proud of her. Will always pray for her wherever she goes. Go and make us proud Ce n'est qu'un au revoir, Yamzi!!!
